Ebola symptoms and treatments

Ebola virus is a zoonotic and deadly virus infection which was transferred from wild animals to humans. This virus was 1st identified in 1976 by WHO in Sudan, then to spread Congo republic. Since then Ebola have been in existence and have killed many people till 2014 which was the largest out break, spreading to other four west African countries (Guinea , Liberia, Sierra lLeone and Nigeria). Some cases was reported in Germany,Sinigal and Cameron.

The virus outbreaks have killed up to 1560 which is 90% infected and reported cases of 3071 since the 2014 outbreak. In contracting the virus, it takes between two days-two weeks to show up the symptoms . This virus symptoms comes with :
- Headaches
- Fever
- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea
- Bleeding from nose,eyes and mouth
- Muscle pains.

Treatments and drugs:

The world health organzation (WHO) have being trying to bring real treatment vaccine for this virus, but up till now, there are non yet, only available means of treatment is the trial vaccines and experimental serum treats under the above mentioned symptoms.
