MyOffice is a set of programs for creating and editing office files. Provides the ability to collaborate on documents (up to 15 people), and also offers cloud and mobile applications to ensure constant access to files from various devices. The professional edition includes 7 programs, each of which is focused on solving a certain type of office tasks. 

Many of the presented applications are similar to popular Microsoft Office applications, but all of them have a security certificate according to the Russian standard and are included in the Unified Register of Russian Software.

Text 

This is a universal text editor with support for formulas, macros and a spelling module. The latter allows you to automatically check grammar and spelling. Adding footnotes, a table of contents, pagination, links, images, shapes and other elements is possible through the "Insert" tab. To format text, tables and fonts, there is a corresponding section in the top menu. The editor supports all popular text formats, and also has the function of password protection of documents, review mode, support for voice comments and the ability to customize printing.

Spreadsheet 

A spreadsheet editor suitable for performing calculations, grouping statistics and generating charts. The application includes a designer for creating pivot tables, a set of computational functions and data formatting tools: changing the font, aligning, separating and merging cells, filling with color, selecting cell borders, inserting and deleting rows or columns, fixing a data area, and others. To automate various scenarios in the editor, macros and add-ons in the Lua language are used. 

Presentation 

A handy program for preparing and demonstrating presentations. Provides all the necessary tools for navigating through slides, specifying certain objects in a document, and launching multiple presentations in one window. 

Mail 

Personal client for sorting letters. Allows you to create folders, view attachments, schedule emails and find the data you need. Also includes an anti-spam filter, antivirus, digital signature and message encryption.

Calendar 

Application for scheduling events, scheduling business meetings and creating a corporate calendar for all employees. Allows you to notify all participants in events, set up reminders, specify the date and time of the event, and also offers the ability to create a task list. 

Analytics 

A tool for reporting and visualizing data using graphs, charts, cartograms and various widgets. Provides the ability to filter and sort data, and also allows you to save the generated report in PDF, PNG and ZIP archives. 

Contacts 

Application for creating and editing address books. Supports data synchronization with "Calendar" and "Mail", and is also used for corporate mailing and contact search.
